A full day workshop in Norfolk on Sunday 11th December, to photograph the Seals in pupping season, seeing new pups in their first few days a truly special day, this is taking place on the east coast in December so good clothing and footwear is to be considered.
Due to the shorter days and the sun being so low in the sky all day the quality of light at this time of year will “hopefully” be kind to us.
I will be doing 2 separate workshop days and will have a maximum of 3 people per day to photograph the seals…so if you want to do both days with me please “message me before booking” to attend both days.
Cost is £125 per day for the workshop this workshop is for Sunday 11th December.
As we will be on the beach you can either bring a packed lunch with you or go off for your own breaks as you need to & come back when you’re ready.
Please respect this is a “real wildlife” situation so we will be an appropriate distance from the seals so “long lenses will be needed” in order that we do not disturb the seals during pupping season which is a time they can be unpredictable and very protective.
If you need advice on equipment please ask me… as a yardstick for you a 200mm minimum lens on a high pixel count camera or a minimum of 300mm and above will be sufficient.
You will come to Norfolk under your own steam and will be messaged the meet point after booking.
I am there for beginners for full tuition or if you’re more advanced trouble shooting, advice, camera settings, composition, general suggestions, in fact anything needed to improve your image making.
Any questions or suggestions for the day do please message me…
